CELEBRITY CHEF MAKING REMARKABLE TRANSITION AFTER WEIGHT LOSS SURGERY WITH WESTERN BARIATRIC INSTITUTE

RENO, Nev. – Eldorado Casino celebrity chef and “Hell’s Kitchen” fan favorite, Robert Hesse, had weight loss surgery with Western Bariatric Institute (WBI) at Saint Mary’s Regional Medical Center in January. Hesse, 35, had the vertical sleeve gastrectomy, one of the newest weight loss procedures performed by surgeons throughout the country.
